  • World War 2 Simulation +1 Year Online Subscription
  • Cold War Simulation +1 Year Online Subscription
  • You’ll have three units that you can repeat each school year.
  • All three lesson plans can be customized to class size and are designed to engage the attention of all students
  • Easy to set up, they’ll become units that middle and high school students will look forward to participating in.

1. The World War One Simulation is a hands on, interactive lesson plan that incorporates critical thinking skills and problem solving skills. Students will assume the roles of world leaders in 1914. Students are motivated to research their countries as well as the other countries to find out what other leaders motivations might be. The concept of self-interest becomes very evident in this simulation. Each country has objectives to complete which keeps the simulation from getting of course. This World War 1 Lesson Plan will help you to Bring History To Life in your Classroom!

2. The World War Two interactive lesson plan is a simulation that will have students debating, plotting, and thinking of new strategies. Students assume the roles of world leaders in 1939. Students are inspired to research their countries on their own as well as the other countries to find out what other leaders motivations might be. The magic of these courses is that students become emotionally involved in the activity. Each country has objectives to complete which keeps the simulation from getting of course. Like all History Simulation programs the World War 2 Lesson Plan will help you to Bring History To Life in your Classroom!

3. The Cold War Simulation is a hands on, interactive lesson plan that incorporates critical thinking skills and problem solving skills. Students will assume the roles of world leaders in 1962 and through their actions change the course of history. Students become caught up in world events and will begin to research on their own the country they represent as well as the other countries to find out what other leaders motivations might be. Hundreds of teaches have already incorporated this lesson plan and the others as part of their yearly curriculum.

You need 1 teacher license for every teacher that is going to be using the simulation. The number of students or classes involved in the simulation does not matter. (Student Orientation Keynote and Power Point Presentations included)

Bringing History to the Real World

My Students fought, they couldn’t wait to get to class, they talked about the simulations at home. David Harms is readily available to answer any questions you may have. Will be using all three simulations for years to come given the first year reaction. A must have to bring history to life to today’s students.

Adds an interactive element to history

These simulations are a great way to introduce these units as it helps the students to relate to the events in my lessons as they have had to make similar decisions in the simulation.
